molbox: Gas Flow Calibration System

A common and important application in the area of flow sensor calibration is for support of gas mass flow controllers, or MFCs. An MFC is a mass flow controlling device that combines a flow meter and a valve to deliver a known flow of gas inside a process. They are heavily relied on in semiconductor, pharmaceutical and fiber optics manufacturing and other industries that require flow control systems to create specific pressure and gas environments for their processes. This video shows how the molbloc/molbox calibration system can be used for the easy calibration and adjustment of a gas flow controller. molbloc/molbox is a precise flow reference for use in flow controller, flow monitor and flow meter calibration.
