5320A Firmware Uploader (1.87 MB) 5320A Multifunction Electrical Tester Calibrator Firmware Upgrade
The latest firmware upgrade for the 5320A Multifunction Electrical Tester is now available. Read the firmware installation instructions before proceeding with upgrade. You will be asked to complete a brief product registration form before going to the download page for the first time. You will be asked to complete the form even if you have previously registered your 5320A.

Firmware installer software requirements:
•A PC, running Microsoft Windows 95 or higher, with an RS-232 or USB* serial port to perform the
software installation.
•Serial interface cable for data interconnection between the PC's RS-232 port and the instrument.
•Installed "Uploader" software program (available from the firmware download page).
•Firmware source file (extension *.upl).
* The use of a USB port requires a USB-to-serial converter with a male DB-9 RS232 connector.
