Fluke flow calibration laboratory

The Fluke Calibration, Phoenix – Primary Pressure and Flow Lab performs calibration and repair services for Fluke Calibration flow products as well as third-party gas flow devices (see Fluke Calibration pressure calibration for information on pressure service offerings).  Our flow laboratory is accredited by American Association of Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025, and is NUPIC audited.

Equipment serviced
Fluke Calibration offers full calibration and repair support of all our flow calibration products, including:

  • molbox mass flow terminals:  molbox RFM, molbox RFM-M, molbox1, molbox1+
  • molbloc mass flow elements:  molbloc-L and molbloc-S mass flow elements
  • mass flow accessories:  MFC-CB, MFC Switchbox, molstic, molstic-S, molbloc simulators
  • GFS gravimetric flow system:  GFS2102

We also offer calibration service of gas flow products by other manufactures.  Following are some example of the devices calibrated:

  • Laminar flow elements
  • Variable area flow meters (rotameters)
  • Critical flow orifices and nozzles
  • Thermal mass flow meters (MFM) and mass flow controllers (MFC)
  • Gas turbine flow meters and roots meters

From less than 1 sccm (0.002 scfh) to 5000 slm (175 scfm)

Calibration gases

Gases supported gravimetrically through DHI calibration chains and used for calibrations include air, nitrogen (N2), argon (Ar), helium (He), sulfur hexafluoride (SF6), hydrogen (H2), methane (CH4)*, carbon dioxide (CO2) and nitrous oxide (N2O)*. Surrogate gases can be used where necessary.
