Uncertainty Analysis for Pressure Defined by a PG7601, PG7102, PG7202 or PG7302 Piston Gauge
This document is intended to provide a detailed analysis of PG7000 typical uncertainty specifications for each piston-cylinder range in each of its operating modes. The components that are included in the uncertainty, the sensitivities assigned to each component and how the components are combined into a global uncertainty in defined pressure, are covered. The uncertainty analysis provides the PG7000 user with a documented validation of typical uncertainty values. It can also be used to estimate the uncertainty that will be obtained if the uncertainty in one or more components is different from the typical values.
