Fluke 910 and 910R GPS Week Number Rollover Event
A recent notice from Homeland Security announces a GPS Week Number Rollover Event scheduled for April 6th, 2019. This event will affect the 910 and 910R products that were purchased before 2007.
On this date, at the rollover time, some units will lose date information and display a 1999 date for reporting purposes. Frequency deviation data may not be archived within the unit. This situation will not self-correct with time or power cycling and must be sent to Fluke Service for repair and calibration.
1586A Notification
It was recently discovered that the 1586A when used with a PRT that was characterized using either sub-range 6 (0.01°C to 962°C) or 7 (0.01°C to 660°C) the 1586A was not factoring in the C & D coefficients and counting them as Zeroes. This will cause errors in the calculations at temperatures above 419°C. Temperatures below 419°C are not affected. If you are using any of the other ITS-90 subranges this error will not affect your readings. We have resolved the issue and have a firmware fix.
This notification affects all units with firmware version 1.03 or lower.
For more information and issue resolution review the document here. (25-FEB-2016)
MET/TEMP II (9938) and 1594A/1595A Waiting Command Notification

Review document here for details. (2013)
