Being an instructor for the Marine Corps' Calibration Technician Course (Military Occupational Specialty 2871) comes with a variety of difficulties. Fluke has helped solve a lot of our problems through the use of a basic Multi-Meter (189), Scope-Meter (199C) and MET/TEAM. We teach everything from basic circuits to troubleshooting broken equipment to calibration.

Being able to with something as simple as the 189 and elevating to a little more thor ought like the 199C. We maintain our own equipment and having reliable and accurate measurements are a must and we rely on the 199C. For our later classes we use MET/TEAM to give our students on the job training as to how we track our calibration and asset information. Without these products we would have a much more difficult time teaching these concepts to young Marines and keeping our equipment in an operationline status.
